They met at Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio. SUE STRICKFADEN, the daylily (as well as her name sake)is very stunning to the eye, and a very great parent. The cultivar displays elegance with the edge and no eye presentation, which is enhanced by the clean, soft pink ruffled self and large green throat. Very fertile both ways.
